Staff Wellness—Don’t Just Survive—Thrive!This workshop will help teachers develop an appreciation of how important wellness is for individuals, families and school communities. Participants will have opportunities to reflect on their personal wellness and learn about a variety of strategies and resources to assist them. By building our personal capacity, we increase our capacity to be of continued service to our students, our families and our society. As the saying goes, “You can’t serve from an empty cup.”
